This joint venture between TSR Recycling and Aurubis makes the very most of the two companies’ expertise in the areas of cable recycling and metal-plastics separation and transforms cable scrap into high quality copper and aluminium granules as well as plastic pellets. Our modern cable recycling plants in Gelsenkirchen and Fehrbellin are able to process approx. 40,000t of cable scrap into high quality recycled raw materials every year. Thanks to our operations, the metals are recovered and returned to market without any loss in quality and the material life cycles are fully closed – helping to promote sustainability.
